Norway has changed the complaint fee procedure, so that a domain holder who loses a complaint in the dispute resolution body, must cover the complaint fee.
This change concerns all domains renewed after 30 November 2011. Therefore, when you renew a domain after this date, you automatically accept the change.
If you do not wish to accept the new complaint fee procedure, the only other choice will be to have your domain deleted.
Applicant must be a Norwegian company. Web Solutions further offer a Local Presence/Trustee Service for registrants which do not have a presence in Norway.
