Foreign companies have the following options for registering Thai domains:

in.th:
Applicant must be based in Thailand.
Web Solutions offer a Local Presense Service for .in.th domain names.
Multiple domains allowed.

co.th:
Matching local company or trademark name required. Further, a local admin-c is required. Web Solutions’ can provide this via our local presense service for Thailand.

A Thai Trademark registration cost appr. 100-150 USD. We will be happy to assist with acquiring such.

Multiple domains only allowed if matching trademarks exist.

.CO.TH regulations summary:

Local company or international (non-Thai) trademark required. The trademark can be registered anywhere in the world, if combined with our Local Presence/Trustee Service for Thailand. We can assist with the registration of a trademark, day-to-day at an appr. one-off cost of 200 USD. Contact us for details.
