.LY / Libya:
Local Presence is now required for short .LY Domain Names. The Libyan Domain Registry has decided to impose a Local Presence requirement for domain names with strings shorter than four (4) characters. This will only affect new registrations.
.PT / Portugal:
All restrictions to the .PT TLD has been lifted. It is now unrestricted.
.GT / Guatemala
Second level .GT domains are now available. The TLD is unrestricted.
.UK / United Kingdom
It is now possible to register and renew .CO.UK domains for one single year and for up to 10 years. Previously it was only possible to register/renew two years at a time.
