We will train you to single handedly take care of all important administrative tasks related to our Szczecin office and international suppliers. In time, you will also become involved in multiple tasks and projects working with our Support and Sales teams, as well as directly with Management.

The Position:

  • Day to day office/administrative tasks
  • Dealing with authorities
  • Debitor follow-up
  • Supplier payments and follow-up
  • Internal controller tasks
  • Relations with foreign suppliers
  • Limited bookkeeping tasks
  • Occasional client queries
  • Client research, analysis, administration

Qualifications:

Relevant education or training (administration, accounting, finance), and/or at least 3 years experience.

  • Great English skills, written/spoken (mandatory).
  • Organised and tidy. Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experienced with MS:Office or similar

Personal skills:

As a person you are outgoing, structured and precise. You always follow procedure, and take pride in producing results within agreed deadlines. You are looking for a long term position.
